Green Apple's Multi-Purpose Outdoor Cleaner is a proprietary blend of plant-based organic surfactants, organic cleaning agents, natural biocatalysts and biopolymers, natural food grade dye, and organic fragrance. The surfactants reduce the surface tension between the stain and the substrate (concrete, siding, decks, etc), so it can be removed by cleaning agents and wiped away. The biocatalysts produce enzymes which biodegrade embedded stains. The biopolymers emulsify grease, fat, oil and other hydrocarbon based spills. This non-caustic, non-corrosive formulation removes "bird bombs", mildew, mold and dirt from a variety of outdoor surfaces.
